The Independent Communications Group, a member of UNA – Aziende della Comunicazione Unite, will support the brand in strengthening its visibility and relevance within the Italian market, consolidating its position in discussions surrounding sustainability, innovation and new consumption models.
Founded with the goal of making sustainable consumption an accessible and practical choice, refurbed today offers a range of approximately 65,000 professionally refurbished products, from smartphones and laptops to household appliances, sports equipment, and solutions dedicated to mobility and family life. As part of the engagement, Spencer & Lewis will support refurbed in developing a PR & Media Relations strategy aimed at enhancing the brand’s positioning through editorial content, media relations, seeding activities and interviews, as well as the development and support of events and special initiatives. This integrated approach is designed to strengthen the brand’s relevance in its dialogue with media, stakeholders and target audiences.
Particular attention will be dedicated to highlighting insights and data related to environmental impact and evolving consumer purchasing behaviors, with the objective of building an authoritative and relevant narrative around circular economy topics and the evolution of the refurbished products market in Europe.
