Premio Film Impresa 2026: “Passione di famiglia” wins the online audience award
More than 10,000 votes were cast for the fourth edition of Premio Film Impresa. The recognition was announced during an event held as part of the initiatives for the Giornata Nazionale del Made in Italy. Completing the top five were “Elda”, “Il viaggio è appena iniziato”, “Gli Elefanti” and “La morte bianca”
Following the success of the fourth edition last March, the online audience jury vote has completed the journey of this edition, awarding the public recognition to “Passione di famiglia”, directed by Francesco Lama and produced by Nucciarte Produzioni for San Lorenzo Group.
The announcement was made today during an event included among the initiatives dedicated to the Giornata Nazionale del Made in Italy, in the presence of representatives of the finalist works and members of the Award.
“The online audience jury vote represents each year a particularly significant moment for Premio Film Impresa, as it allows the public to directly take part in the Award’s journey and to express their appreciation for works that differ greatly in language, sensitivity and storytelling,” said the President of Premio Film Impresa Giampaolo Letta. “The success of this edition, with over 10,000 total votes, confirms how storytelling about enterprise through cinema is increasingly able to engage audiences and capture genuine interest. The victory of Passione di famiglia also rewards a film capable of conveying the value of work, family memory and continuity between generations—themes deeply connected to the best tradition of Made in Italy.”
The online vote once again recorded strong participation, surpassing 10,000 total votes, confirming the growing audience engagement with audiovisual storytelling of enterprise.
“That more than ten thousand people took part online in Premio Film Impresa, voting for the best film, is a truly remarkable result: it is a figure comparable to the audience of major and popular festivals,” said Mario Sesti, Artistic Director of Premio Film Impresa. “This means we have succeeded in the most challenging of ‘enterprises’: bringing this new and previously little-known cinema to a much wider audience beyond industry professionals, where it had been confined before Premio Film Impresa began to give it visibility and life four years ago.”
“Passione di famiglia” tells the story of Filippo, a Sicilian child who in the 1970s discovers the craft of tailoring, emigrates to Switzerland to train, and later returns to his homeland to transform a small artisan workshop into a textile company destined to grow over time. A story that weaves together family memory, work, territory and generational continuity, highlighting the human value of enterprise and the connection between tradition and the future.
Following the winning film, the ranking continued with:
2. Elda – Dublo SRL
3. Il viaggio è appena iniziato – Cooperativa Trasporti di Riolo Terme Società Cooperativa
4. Gli Elefanti – Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco
5. La morte bianca – Istituto “Ettore Majorana” Bari
